Mark Misegadis: Tasmania Tiger Proxy Chassis
Mark Misegadis sent me these pictures of his entry in the
Tasmania Tiger Proxy Race. The Customs Officials might have
thought it was a bomb, but we know it was a Rocket! Thanks for the great pictures, Mark, and stop stealing your
significant other's jewelry! --tjallen

I looked at your website, and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one
out there with a serious Chassis history/collecting fetish.
I am sending you some photos of a car I built for the Tasmania Tiger
Proxy Race. I was the guy who only made one round of the race as my car was
stuck in Customs. Oh yeah... was that fun. Anyway, I'm proud of it and plan
on doing many, many more.
Every piece is entirely scratch built by me, including the motor bracket.
(This doesn't include the Brass bead or the Ear ring back.)
The rules allowed the chassis to flex as a unit, but with no hinging. The
driveline works as a sprung suspended unit with the side pans flexing
individually. Oh, and the body snaps on like an AFX car.
Let me know what you think.
